Warmer Weather Sunday

Since we had warmer weather today and it being a Sunday, I decided to take my 2 year old daughter to my grandmother's house and make us some delicious healthy pancakes and then wash the salt off our car.  I found a simple, fast, and easy recipe for the pancakes using Shiloh Farms Organic Spring Wheat Sprouted Flour, which is known to digest as a vegetable.  Here's the recipe:

Sprouted Wheat Pancakes

1 cup  Shiloh Farms Organic Spring Wheat Sprouted Flour
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 large egg
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/4 cup yogurt
3/4 cup water

Mix the combined liquid ingredients quickly into the combined dry ingredients just until blended.

Drop batter in 1/4 cupfuls onto a heated greased griddle. Cook until bottoms are golden and small bubbles start to form on top, 3 to 4 minutes. Flip and cook until the other side is browned, 1 to 2 minutes.

Serve topped with maple syrup.  4 to 6 servings.

After we all enjoyed every bite and finished all of them, I took my daughter outside to wash the car.  I like using Blue Coral Wash & Wax Concentrate cleaner it's good for a 100 washes and under $10 at Walmart.
Watching the dirty salty water come off the car and after applying the Blue Coral Wash & Wax Concentrate cleaner, the car came out as shiny as ever! I rescued my daughter a few times after she splashed around in the puddles of water and got her feet wet!!  We then took my grandma's dog for a walk in the backyard enjoying the fresh air and seeing some nature.
